This course offers the opportunity to spend a full day at the distillery to gain a deeper understanding of the wonderful craft of Irish whiskey production. Learn about the uniqueness of Irish whiskey and develop an understanding of what sets it apart from other world whiskeys.
*Note: Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, although we will endeavour to facilitate access, access to New Midleton Distillery cannot be guaranteed. Academy attendees will continue to visit the working Micro Distillery and Cooperage.

In line with current Government Guidelines, all visitors will need to provide proof of Immunity and valid photo ID upon arrival to confirm that all are over 18 and are either fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 6 months. Face coverings are mandatory, to ensure the safety of other visitors and staff. If for medical reasons you are unable to wear a face covering please inform a member of the team upon arrival.
