Whether you're a whiskey expert, budding enthusiast or new to the world of whiskey, a visit to the Irish Whiskey Academy is guaranteed to be a memorable and informative experience. The Enthusiast Academy is a 1.5 day offering during which we'll show you how whiskey is crafted from grain to glass.

From the moment you arrive at the Academy, our team will take care of your every need- arranging all your local transfers, five-star accommodation, meals, drinks and gifts. You will also have the opportunity to meet some of the distillery team and see how they spend their days crafting Irish whiskey.

As you will be entering our Production Facility as part of your Midleton Distillery Experience or Irish Whiskey Academy visit, please note the following: 

Midleton Distillery Production Facility is a Top Tier COMAH site. For your safety and for the safety of others, please note that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a high-visibility vest and a hard hat, must be worn at all times while in the Production Site. 

Entry to the Production Site may be refused if required PPE is not worn. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work together to maintain a safe environment.
